JENIA & MATT | LODGE & SPA AT CORDILLERA WEDDING, VAILJenia & Matt had beautiful wedding - with highlights of cream, green, & orange. But my favorite part of the day was during the ceremony. Before their wedding day, Jenia & Matt each wrote the other a love letter. During the ceremony they created a
love box in which they placed their letters & a bottle of wine. Many years from now when the hard times of marriage test them, they will open the box, read their letters, and enjoy a bottle of wine together. This was so special and meaningful to me! Ryan & I were long distance the first year we dated and we wrote each other love letters often... the paper and stamps way. We now have them all in a memory box. The other day I got them out a started reading. It was so special to re-experience our twitterpated, can't-breathe-without-you love for eachother. I treasure these letters so much! And though 7 years later Ryan and I are still beyond smitten for each other on a daily basis, if our love is ever tested I will break out the letters & a bottle of New Belgium La Folie. Thanks Jenia & Matt! What a heart-felt idea!
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Jenia & Matt's wedding guests released hundreds of butterflies. Instead of a guest book, their guests wrote wedding wishes & marriage advice on small cards and hung them on willow branches. They also had a gorgeous ice sculpture with their monogram etched into it.

The flowers by Sturtz & Copeland in Boulder were absolutely breathtaking.
