The CU-Boulder Alumni Association has offices in the lobby and on the second and third floors. It is a historic building, the second oldest on campus. Koenig is available for rental by university departments, alumni and the general public for meetings, ceremonies, celebrations, weddings (May through mid-August) and other events."
