"Facilities can be reserved no more than nine months in advance. If the day you wish to reserve the shelter falls on a weekend, the reservation is taken on the corresponding Friday before. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Walk-in citizens have priority over mail-in and/or phone requests.
